We provide sections of our building for clients that need office space with private entry. We offer sections of the 1st floor with private entrances, and the option to rent the entire second floor. We also offer build to suit options on our third floor that are designated executive office spaces.

Event space rental

We offer several daily rental spaces that clients can use for various applications. We provide a kitchen space that comes equip with a fridge, stove, chairs, and tables. We also have a very large event space in our basement that can be used for large gatherings or pop up events that need a very large indoor space.

Enid Symphony Center

The Cole Building is proud to house the Enid Symphony Center located on the 4th and 5th floor of the building.
